Alex Dvorak is an award-winning Latinx screenwriter and journalist published in The Washington Post, HuffPost, Business Insider, POPSUGAR, and many more. She is the author of an upcoming YA graphic novel soon to be announced. Her short film BAD SURVIVOR will have it's LA premiere at Slamdance Film Festival in LA in February 2025. She works closely with Teen Cancer America as an advocate for adolescent patients. As the daughter of immigrants from clashing cultures, a teen cancer survivor, and a runway model, Alex writes stories of teen rebellion based on real-life experiences with authenticity, dark humor, and heart.
